Rub – For steaks, rub first with olive oil then sprinkle generously with Longhorn….don’t be afraid to season again while grilling. Also great for chicken, fish, ribs, brisket, vegetables, or even on eggs and sandwiches.
Dip – Mix 2 tablespoons (or one 1oz container) of Longhorn Spice with 1 3/4 cups of sour cream and ¼ cup of mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Spread – Mix 2 tablespoons of Longhorn with 12 oz of cream cheese and 4 tablespoons of milk. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes
Salad Dressing – Mix 2 tablespoons of Longhorn with 1 cup of buttermilk and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Cinnamon Pancakes or Waffles stir ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon into batter.
Banana Pecan Pancakes – stir in ¼ cup of sliced bananas and 2 tablespoons of pecans into the batter.
